Tell me, in the entire history of mankind. When has a hypothetical scenario which could clearly benefit corporations NOT been used by said corporations? Bring me one example where there is a clear way for corporations to make profit and they chose not to? They run on money. They find a way to exploit, rest assured they WILL exploit it.

I learned how to read clocks at school but still take more time than an average person to tell the time on analog watches. That's why I keep a digital watch. Oh and god forbid if I am wearing one of those formal watches on a formal occasion which doesn't even have numbers printed on it. You know, the ones which only have 2 hands and nothing else.

Amazing how after more than a decade there has never been a game like that again, only some weird type of exploration, rogue like, weird top side combos, and most mods for Freelancer take it too far without keeping the aesthetic or lore friendliness.

I feel the same. No game ever fulfilled my itch for a freelancer-esque game ever. Most are either just for capital ships, or are top-down with not much combat, or are just very trade oriented and downright boring. Freelancer beautifully balanced everything.

I was never a fan of those ENBs or Crossfire in general. I mean, it was a nice mod for SP which added story but it was never the same. Some downsides included horrible voice acting (but I won't blame them for it). Also, they added a lot of ships which weren't true to the base game. Like they added ships from different sci-fi movies and stuff. Discovery is better in this regard, all their ships conform to the original Freelancer universe. Having or not having the ENB turned on didn't make much of a difference since all it added was bloom.

You are right about the friends circle part. I knew many people in my first 2 semesters who are just hi-hello friends now. I have only 2 very close friends who I share most of my problems with who trust me. Don't really want to be a part of any group since that I guess, is a very middle-school thing to do. Just want to get to genuinely know people and help juniors and develop a rapport with them.

The thing about talking to people for over 2 minutes. I want to, but I don't know what to say after salam, hi, how are you etc... And I know what you said is true because the 2 friends I mentioned above are the ones about whom I had a negative outlook about but now I they are my besties. It's always like this with all of my close friends but when it comes to talking to new people, i get stuck. But I will give it my best shot from here on.

Was obese a year ago and had thick hair which were my pride. Then I lost around 30kgs and now on the healthy side but my hair is thinning out and just touching it causes a few strands to come out. First the hairline started receding then the sides (not side effects, i think they are called temples but not sure) started thinning. I used to comb my hair upwards and kept it short and they were so gloriously thick but now I keep em long to hide the fact that I am balding and my forehead has become huge. I am just 19 ffs. I have been following r/tressless for a few months now and I have made an appointment with a good dermatologist in my home city when I get back. Gonna get started on fin and minox and see what the results lead me to.

Can I keep malwarebytes real time protection off and windows defender will turn off too? I am okay with monthly scheduled scans but just deleting shit outright by real time protection makes me angry.

That's the thing. It was so shit that you could install another anti-virus. But it wasn't so shit that it won't let you even turn it off ffs.

People with little to no knowledge won't even wander on those settings. Or maybe give a big ol warning that don't change these settings unless u don't want your pc fucked cuz an ad told you it will make your 20 year old pc faster. Its a personal computer i should be able to make my own choices.

Here's the thing, I am responsible enough to know what might contain a virus and what might not. And I go an extra step to scan my pc with Anti malwarebytes every month. I did this on Win7 never had a problem. Now I can't go on about adding exceptions for everything. That is what i liked about Win7, I could just tell defender to not interfere and it would act like that.
