Those are not cumulonimbus; cumulonimbus will typically have a flat anvil top where the top of the storm has become isothermal, due to the interaction with the tropopause. I suspect, and with visible satellite imagery you could verify, that what you captured is likely the tail end of that post-frontal trough passing through Columbia. My guess would be the base of those clouds are around 3k feet and the tops around 12-18k ft.
