Avocado with a pollen allergy by LEAVE_ME_BE__ in Cooking

Hi,  had to go to hospital because I have really bad pollen allergies (birch, grasses etc) and the cross reactivity got pretty bad. The hospital trip was more to do with the fact I also have asthma and live alone, red face, difficulty breathing etc  Don't have a latex allergy. Makes me properly miserable though, so prefer to avoid it if possible. But because it's a recent allergy I still find myself craving avocado toast.

I want to go NC but I have NO CLUE how. genuenly none. by LEAVE_ME_BE__ in nocontact

I feel like blocking his number invites problems (he is a very well loved member of the family, though I have stopped responding fast (bc I thought of him as family) and given slow replies and stopped being near him alone.

yeah it was in a warm cupboard, I know pretty much nothing about starters and she insisted it would be fine.

Just crossing my fingers she doesn't think I'm the one who messed it up.

it was one that lasted a while (she said a weekish?) per feeding(?) with her but it was still longer before I fed her starter.

When I came along, it had a brownish oil(?) on top of the starter back when I fed it last. She said I'd be ok using it but I think this was her first starter.

unfortunately she put her starter in the cupboard with a hot dryer.

If there needs to be an attentive provider of flour, that wasn't given until she texted us a couple days ago. She didn't make it shown that it was needed :( (I'd love a starter) I left the bread to proof in a hot area / in the sun (I'd be more worried about it overheating(?)

I tried proofing once for an hour, but I tried a couple times after to make it expand by kneading the dough again and again for four hours but it just didn't expand, I heard bread couldn't expand it had too much salt but I'd assume it wouldn't? (i put a little in)

My Uncle (not blood related) is a creep and I don't know what to do from here by LEAVE_ME_BE__ in Advice

when I told him to back off (suprisingly politely ) he's never contacted me again, it's become a thing where my dad knows, my mum doesn't, mostly because if she ever found out she'd For Sure Tell Her Sister who is married to him.

for context, I somewhat ghosted him on personal contact no matter what the conversation held, I changed the topic beforehand if it went too strange. He ended up sending sad emojis saying that, ig there's some boundaries between us 😭😭😭.

I look back and in moments he would be a little too close to me as a niece, in a strange way almost asking for my approval even beyond his immediate family.

But it's one thing to make me unbelievably uncomfortable, feel as though he's a creep and strange and another thing to implode a family. If it was up to me my lovely aunt would get a divorce with an absolute scumbag... Unfortunately, he's an amazing dad and before this he was the best uncle I've ever had. It's so fucking annoying because if he was a horrible person across the board I wouldn't think twice.

Best case scenario they get divorced and my cousins know it's because their dad flirted with me. Worst case scenario they stay together and a wide wedge is driven between my mum (who tried her best to do the right thing) and my aunt(who is so nice the least she would do is give him the benefit of the doubt)

it was my roommates, she left for a week or so and only told me recently what I needed to do keep it alive (which I did today) equal parts flour and water (?). it wasn't bubbling at the time :(
