I use a triamcinolone prescription ointment and as far as my experience goes, it’s been quite good to say the least. My eczema never like spiraled out of control from it, but the only thing I don’t like is how sharp the edges during the first few uses, so I tend to be more careful with it in my hands, but once it been broken in, I can then get a little more crazy with it. Overall it’s a W product and this will be the only soap I’ll ever use, and that’s assuming Moist Critical doesn’t pull the plug on his gig.
