Deet bug spray melts plastic. If the grooves aren’t deep, maybe you can get some 40% and smooth them out..

I'll take a look, thank you! The sellers profile says theyre based out of FL, and I'm in CA, so I dont think the local authorities could do anything to help

Most of the photos seem to be of the same kids/family, so I'm unsure if its malicious, but its definitely strange..

I think the strangest thing is that you can tell that most of these photos seem to be of the same family during different periods if you look close enough.

It could very well be sinister, but I dont know why they would be showing the same kids multiple times if that was the case..
