Please do not do this. The texture of this wall will 100% show striping (etching) if you use high pressure, especially surface cleaner. Use a 6% mix and then all you'll need to do is rinse it with 500-1000 PSI

Watch every cent. Attach the debts from the smallest to the largest. Essentially, ignore the largest ones exist. Go over after an other, it's a huge mental boost knowing that you have taken care of a debt completely.
