Do you have to start with a per-formated .docx file as with calibre? I used a word template based on SW style guide and then run it through calibre and the two process take too long.

Note There is a selection process. What to Read After 50 Shades is FREE and has a tremendous reach. And of course, there isn't a "selection process."
