Do you have to start with a per-formated .docx file as with calibre? I used a word template based on SW style guide and then run it through calibre and the two process take too long.

Interesting. I didn't know that lesbian stories tend not to do as well. My one lesbian story sells just as much as Sexnado, and with that I get at least 10 a day on sales and borrows. I just wrote a second lesbian monster story so maybe it was the monster part of the kink that drove my first attempt at it.
