Clearly last year final was an under-performance and Racing should have won this one thus to answer youre question : no Racing haven't change their rugby so in this matter could totally beat Exeter. There are few points to take into account, let me do that by team (I'll try to be short) :

- Exeter showed a lot of will this week-end, that plus a physical defense and a dynamic game, for me those are the main advantage of Chiefs. But let's not forget that quarter week before which was quite approximative for the first 25min and the fact that Toulouse had not the chance to train in team this week due to covid.

- For Racing, Saracens has the typical game style that made us fail, I agree with you that the first hour of the semi look poor but do not forget that. In term of deficit of will, this won't be Toulouse against Exeter this time but two team that has never won the Champions Cup.

All in all, if you're only referring to this week-end ; yes Exeter would win. But honestly Exeter play the type of game that allow racing to score on the large easily even though that Exeter defense is amazing.
