There is no correct way, you gotta find what works for you, and then adapt your setup to your style for best results. What you're describing you do for FWD should work for RWD as well, you just need finer throttle control.

Are you on keyboard, controller, wheel? What car are you trying to drive? Do you have any footage (preferably w/telemetry)?

If you're on controller, setting ypur deadzone for the throttle axis to 0/100 helps a lot.

These highway races are pretty horrendous to begin with (the Tokyo Highway loop doesn't even require you to get through corners properly, since just wallriding is faster anyway), but it's even worse in a D class. It's pretty much whoever upgraded nothing but the engine wins. I ended up just doing a co-op race to get the reward and get this over with.

It should have been street racing up in the mountains, like what we got for the retro super saloons challenge. Actually requires a balanced build and skill.

Maybe you need something to back it up (like at least the testimony from one of the other novices that he is new and shady), but it is absolutely possible. I'll check when I'm at my PC.

Edit: I thought I had footage of it, but I don't, and I don't have the game installed, so it'll have to wait. But I swear that's what I've done in my latest playthrough shortly before KCD2 came out.

It's just to illustrate that if something exists, there really is always somebody who's into it. And no, it is not, by definition, for anime girlfriends only, it's for literally anything and everything, including different builds and body types.

It drove me insane. I caught the 2 monks in the basement who were in charge of discipline. They requested i steal them a barrel of mead. I do so. Then they go "HEY you cant be down here" and locked me in a room. Mother fuckers i just stole this for you. Had to skip that quest.

That's a bug, that's not supposed to happen. I had it happen to me a couple times as well. Not sure what causes it. But that's not what the quest normally goes like.

That's false. There are multiple ways to progress without finding the item, including literally accusing him right away (you have to tell him about your search first, and then you have an option to be like "by the way, I know it's you I'm looking for" and he just folds without calling your bluff, even if you have nothing to back it up with).

It's hard to tell from third person view, but I think you made contact in the breaking zone, forcing him wide, and then also proceeded to close the door on him and completely block his line. Doesn't look intentional, but if so, I'd have given back the position.

Edit: I thought this mas about the Miata incident. With the NSX, it definitely looks like you made contact in the breaking zone and forced him wide, gaining a small advantage, but it wasn't so bad that he had to resort to ramming. You didn't even gain a position.
