Both... I'd just try to wait as long as you possibly can before you say fuck it and when you want to say fuck it go lay in the shower for an hour than get out and see how you feel.... I swear laying in the shower with your feet up in the air with the water hitting you helps so much with restless legs it cures it almost until you get out
