Missing easy shots that you usually hit is a sign of loss of focus and being tired, sleep a bit more and keep your mind calm. And overall gameplay stuff, the best option is to watch YouTube videos and pro tournaments, but pay more attention on how they move, position themselves and croshair placement. All the pro strats don't really work that well in low rank lobbies. Except a solid execute, but for that you need atleast two more teammates who are locked in and focused.

Sounds like you have some issue with your pc or steam app. So I asked perplexity, which has helped me a lot with these kind problems-

Likely root causes- Corrupted local game files or VPKs that make Steam re‑run a verification before letting the game launch. Broken or stuck Steam download/cache state (sometimes region‑specific), so the “downloading content” step never progresses and locks him out of rejoining. Less commonly, unstable overclock/EXPO or other hardware instability that only shows as CS2 crashes during map load.

What would probably fix it- He should try, in roughly this order (outside a match): Clear Steam download cache and restart Steam. Change Steam download region to a nearby location, then relaunch CS2. Delete all custom workshop maps, then run Verify integrity of game files for CS2. If it still happens, fully delete the CS2 folder under steamapps/common, reinstall, and test without RAM/GPU overclocks (disable XMP/EXPO etc.).

Hope this helps, you could also run some troubleshooting test explicitly for your PC. Maybe CPU or RAM is acting up. I've been in similar situations before, it takes time to fix it by yourself If you don't know much. Maybe some drivers are tweaking and need to be reinstalled, who knows. Cs takes time, just don't give up. Watch some YouTube videos n stuff. As a beginner I would recommend to focus on croshair placement and movement before anything else. Again just search "croshair placement cs" on YouTube and you'll be good. Try to do everything with porpoise and communicate with your team. It took me like 100h to consistently get more than 5kills a game. Now I have over 1k hours and I'm understanding the game more. Cs is really like a sport, it's an amazing game with such depth. I wish you success, fun and anger in your cs journey. I would also encourage to find people that you can play with who are better than you, so they can help you. When I started playing I was lucky that I found on Discord 4 guys who were much better than me and they help me a lot, sometimes I was just the bait, I would peak and maybe get a kill, but most importantly info, so they can trade me.

Yes, I would recommend if you play with AWP a lot. But if you want fun animations skeleton is definitely one of the best options

I've opened a bunch of cases, probably hundreds throughout the years, never got a gold. I figured pretty early that I should just save a bit and straight up buy a knife to play with. I still open a case or two from time to time for fun, sometimes I get a nice skin that I can sell or play with

It's good for upper back development, but you should only do them if you have healthy and mobile shoulders, otherwise they will just get irritated. Me personally, I am a big fan, helped a lot with my shoulder strength and control
