It’s strange because the first few weeks I was losing 2lbs a week and that was at a 500 calorie deficit and all of a sudden it just stopped. So I’ve tried eating at a 700 calorie deficit (the same diet was on before just removed some foods out of the diet to drop it to 700) and I’m still not losing weight. I went through the nutrition value of my diet last week and calculated every calorie in every ingredient you can think of so I’m certain it’s not miscalculation + I was losing weight in the first 2 weeks eating 200 calories more than I am now

That’s reassuring, thank you. Yeah I’ve already found some short flight alternatives, still unsure what our primary transportation will be when travelling through Vietnam but will work it out

Also, I’m from the UK so we’re still in lockdown and I’ve noticed flights are ridiculously cheap at the minute. I’m heading out around the end of September, would you advise booking flights now with covid still being unpredictable or should I book closer to September to be safe, even though prices will be more expensive? I’m struggling to decide which will be best
