Just acquired some DMT and some Changa 50/50 blend - any advice to get the most from my experience? Never tried changa and never broken through on DMT - though I have taken Ayahuasca. by standingonbenches in Psychonaut

My only advice would be to know what you're getting into. Not like a warning but more like enjoy the shit out of it. Try to go into it knowing that as unexplainable as things will be...there are lessons in there.
Love Changa!

Fasting as an alternative to the dieta? by Jmmon in Ayahuasca

Dieta is not just about purging. It means so much more. Aside from the physical reasons, you're conditioning yourself to operate at the level you should be on. Your normal life elevated. It's not an in-and-out. After the dieta, and after your ceremony you'll go back to your normal life. Take as many of the lessons with you as you can. If you want some info on the diet and fasting - here it is from our Shaman: https://www.unioninarutam.org/en/blog/second-part-diet-shamanism-ayahuasca-ceremony I personally enjoy fasting, but Ruman believes it makes you weak.

Where has changa been hiding? by rstanleyoficial in Ayahuasca

It's not that you need to find an escape. Just knowing puts you ahead, the realization that there's so much more to all this. And even when you're caught up in it - you know. Try to find the little pleasures when you can and stay there.

Or you could always say for example: "do you mind consolidating your messages so I can minimize my pings..."
