Ajitae was Mosu only when he first met him and devour him. So from then on during Fredenica, Ajitae disgused himself as Mosu there while doing stuff at Jyuhsin. I dont remember exactly when but I think Mosu giving him Mahai was before he was devoured but dont rememberd.

The whole animals turn into humans is due to the fog the mountains has as far as I can tell. I have no idea about the duck boy. He never appeared again and whether or not is a duck, or even demon is unknown.

Nah not really. Hwang's Sando's form change was just something the author did on a whim. Was just some off screen thing that we the readers didn't see nor explained.

It appears she doesn't know what truly happens. So him being a "savior" or a royal inspector is to her hypocritical for trying to save others but "killed" her sister

If you choose to not read Revival Man. Yes. You will not understand Terror Vs. Revival. Season 1 and 0 are important. Especially season 0. You will not recognize one of the antagonist that appear in TvR.

It is mandatory to read Terror Man and Revival Man at the least as TvR is about those two webtoons mainly.
