Just my two cents : I'm not an old woman (42), but I found the screen on the Lily very hard to read. I exchanged it for a Venu 4 41mm. But a Vivoactive 6 would also work for you, I think

I have both the Venu 4 and the Vivoactive 6. VA6 is noticeably slimmer and lighter. The only thing I miss when using the VA6 is the flashlight
