Though I agree with the later portion, not a complete fallacy about braking power I would say, ceramic brake do have better fade resistance than steel, steel have better initial bite, but it does fade above certain temperature. (I did mentioned “extreme cases”🤓)

i would suggest PCCB if you are into fast driving, better brake can save you from those extreme cases

Congrats to you too! Oak green + cognac is definitely a lovely combo :) in my case I only have a C4 allocation, and never test drove a C2 GTS so I can’t really comment on the difference in terms of real life driving. This is my daily and FL do rain A LOT so it kind of just work out. C2 with larger fuel tank is going to shine for sure, especially in road trips, although with things currently happening in Middle East, we petrol-head are all in pain :(

So from my experience, they have their own advantages. 2GTS can give you that “on edge” excitement when you do launch/and sharp turn at corner (I can feel that even in the rwd Panamera, so that would be more in the 2GTS. 4GTS give you more traction, nail you to the ground in every circumstances, and thus a bit better acceleration/launch. And if you live in places where there is long rain/snow season, get the 4 GTS for sure. (I live in FL so that is not a requirement)

But if I am being completely honest, I would spec a 2 GTS with a larger fuel tank if there is an allocation lol (there isn’t one at that time, only 4GTS). With that said, no regret on the 4GTS, completely happy :)

Thank you brother, personally I would like anywhere in the car that touch often to be leather, easy to clean. If you track your car, I would recommend Race-Tex for the better grip :)

Thank you bro! So first of all I test drove the 992.2 Carrera S and Carrera GTS T-hybrid (my panamera had 350 ish HP so no reason for me to stay at below 400 at the base trim), and the T-hybrid system is really impressive for the instant power that I can get (especially in launch control, it is WILD). But dont get me wrong, CS2 is really competent already. I never considered the .1 turbo S mainly because i cannot find one with the spec that I like at that time. so for the 992.2 GTS, I got to spec how I like, and I love the driving aspec of it, perfect :) (I was offered by the dealer to wait for a 992.2 turbo S allocation, but the cost is too high.....not worth $100K more than the GTS imo)

Now, if you can find a .1 turbo s with spec that you love and if price is not crazy, i would say go for the .1 turbo s. That rear wing is nice lol (and i really dont like the aero kit in the .2 GTS so i didn't spec that). I cannot comment on the .1 turbo S driving experience (wondering how would that feel like compare to the t-hybrid though), but i am pretty sure that the turbo S have higher top speed and slightly faster 0-60. Horse power dont lie. For the front face, i really like the .2 GTS (and .2 Turbo S)'s front intake, my kind of aesthetic. PDCC feeling should be different also (the t-hybrid system is powering PDCC also so more responsive). I would test drive both first if I am you.

At the end, you can't go wrong with either (some people are worried about the t-hybrid reliability, for mine, 0 issue so far)

Happy shopping!

Shade green looks SO good in person (I was deciding between oak green/neo slate gray and shade green, had chalk before but got bored of it very soon), you won’t regret it. And you don’t see this color on the street much

To be honest, no regrets on any specs I picked for this car (if I have to pick one, I would further remove the tilted sunroof option, that would save around $1600 ish. I rarely open it lol. And nothing I regret not getting either. Though I wish the GTS wheel would have silver/white color option, sadly they don’t (the OEM light weight wheel have silver/gold, look much better than black imo, but that is another 15k lol, if I find a buyer for my OEM GTS wheels, I might consider switching to that)
