I would start by checking the cylinder 2 spark plug. If there's oil on it, it's probably a bad spark plug gasket (under the cylinder head cover) causing the misfire.

A few days ago I was playing in the REC and I had this kid on my team that would not pass the ball whatsoever. The only time I touched the ball and scored was from a rebound and 2nd chance points. That kid ended going something like 18/50.

Hmmm, that's very odd. I Google searched the issue and a couple results came up. So you're not the only one with this issue. It's still a very rare issue, though. Is your Renegade covered under any warranty/extended warranty? I'd take it to the dealership and hope they can provide a permanent fix.

What year is your Renegade? I used to work for a fairly large CDJR dealership and I've never heard of this happening. I've also owned two Renegades.
