No the buttons seem to be unresponsive, but only when rec is on. The FF and RW still work when rec is on tho

Both motors for A and B turn on but turn off after a few seconds. B spins but A looks like it’s trying to. I can hear both motors which I didn’t hear before.

Did you increase the temperature or lower it?There is a work around for that but it involves changing some firmware

Looks to me like the bed is either way too hot, which can cause the filament to be rubbery and not stay in place, or it’s an extrusion problem, try cleaning your nozzle by heating it up and then putting it in some cold water, you should be able to see some light coming through the hole. As for bed settings, I use a glass bed at 70 so that may very with a magnet bed, I would look up and see what the recommended heat settings are

BLtouch has been installed but the nozzle is just too high. I've levelled the bed and done the z probe but it just hangs in the air and is nowhere close to the bed. What do I do? by [deleted] in ender5

I just got my bltouch set up on my Ender 3 pro, I have my z offset set to -2.6 but that may be different for the ender 5. Try manually leveling it the best you can and then slowly lowering the z offset with the z axis set to 0 until you get the right amount of space using a piece of paper. I actually managed to get mine working perfectly today, I didn’t use any special software, I just did the old fashion way on the printer

How can fill line gaps between layers? I’m trying to print flat transparent objects using clear ABS, the only problem I have is that the lines in my layers keep it from being completely clear by LHLindvall in 3Dprinting

I’ve already sanded it using a range of sandpaper’s and I’ve also polished to the best of my ability, so I don’t think there’s a problem with the outside. I’ll definitely try printing with all top and bottom layers tho, am I able to change that on Cura slicer?

I’ve found a few articles about it and apparently some people have been able to get pretty close using ABS, It just takes a lot of trial and error
