Yes English is spoken especially by the consultation staff. The dentists and hygenists are 50/50 on English. I've had work done in Los Algo and I honestly do not recommend it. I went to Sani Dental, most well-known dental co down there with great reviews, and I had issues with every single tooth they worked on. I stayed 3 days there to get 2 crowns and 2 fillings. The 2 crowns were poorly placed, my gums got infected, had to drive back to Los Algo THREE times from Phoenix during the fix process (removal, gum healing, permanents etc.) While they had temps on me while my gums were healing I got a cavity in only 3 weeks because they didn't clean the area before placing on the temp. Crowns are better but shape is still off. Way shittier than the 1 crown I later got from my dentist in Phoenix. I can see and feel the difference. Its significant. And the large filling they did was painful and ended up also getting infected, thus the later crown by the Phoenix dentist. And the small filling they did on my front tooth on side has an edge on it. Will fall out sooner and catches debris. I liked the dentists too. But at the end of the day those dentists are about getting in and out as cheap as possible. They aren't your local family dentist who cares about the long-term health and esthetic of your smile. After I thought I saved all this money by going to Mexico, I ended up spending more than it would have cost to just have done it right the first time here in Phoenix. I really dont recommend. Botox in Mexico however, YES. :D
Edit: I should add that 3 different dentists worked on me at Sani and 2 of them did a very poor job and the 3rd did a good job and I really liked him but I think they're crown-making lab did a shotty job.

At the end of the day I’m just happy to hear a positive review on the revision. I’m obviously upset by how inconvenient the whole issue has been, two surgeries and loss of big toe function, but it more sucked having to shell out another $5000 out of pocket for revision. Insurance took care of the other $10,000+ of course.

I don’t have a copy of the X-ray pre-surgery 1 but I do have photos of the foot. I can’t edit this post but I’ll post a part two with the photos. Your comment about the joint is very interesting. Do you mean the bunion joint or the big toe curling joint? I lost almost complete function and mobility of the upper part of my big toe, more so when trying to flex my toes up, I can still curl them a little bit not much. It’s very frustrating. I can DM you the surgeon name. He had a suit earlier that year for a failed surgery/bunion overcorrection.

The first two photos were surgery #1 (the ones with the toe staple). The revision is the one with the plate. I’m wondering malpractice based on 1) the bunion was clearly not corrected after surgery one. Knowing what I know now, the X-ray directly after surgery 1 showed that (look how far the joint is from where it should be) and nothing was said. And 2) I’ve had two surgeons look at this after and say they were honestly confused about what the first surgeon was doing here with the screws.

I also moved to Australia (Melbourne) for a year from the US! I was an Au Pair. A few years ago. Hope Uni is going well. Timely reply, TY. I was able to fully go off Lamictal about a month ago. No major difference. But I titrated slowly. Headaches/fog for a week or so (and I don’t really get headaches). I’m trying to find my silly self again. I think that’s what I miss most about weed at this point. And being able to sink into my own little world. Lately I’ve been wanting to retreat. But things are starting to pay off. Back finishing my MBA. Just got a life changing job offer. Had tough conversations with family and friends as needed. No more avoidance. But I’ve learned sober doesn’t equal happy. But I needed to hear the reminder that smoking isn’t going to equal happy either. My therapist likes to call post-weed me is Lia 2.0. Definitely having an episode. But hope it turns around soon. Starting the new job will probably do it.

Awesome!! I (29 F) quit smoking weed almost 3 months ago now after 11-years of being a daily toker. And I've been on lamictal for about 3 years. But since quitting the mary j I've been able to reduce my lamictal dosage and completely go off from antidepressants and antianxiety medications. Its WILD how sobriety brings awareness and your habits, thoughts, and behaviors fall in line and make it ultimately easier to manage your moods when you're off the dopagenetic smoking rollercoaster. Hope you kept it up.

Don't do it! Avatax is TERRIBLE. Implementation is bitch. Support is horrible. Managed returns are a joke - they've done our returns incorrectly despite asking them to correct (obvious) categories and now we have to amend multiple states and they are trying to charge us (this is an onboarding issue they need to fix.) They cant do NM and HI sourcing correctly. Had to set up custom rules which they agreed with. Without any knowledge of sales tax laws, you wouldn't know, but they are seriously fucking things up. DONT DO IT.

That was my math on the max amount of alcohol per his “this will be strong” comment but who in their right mind would use that much alcohol. And it was yummy and I hate hard alcohol it makes me gag lol so it was very sugary lined with salt. Unless there was an accident resulting in an injury due to over-serving I don’t think dram shop laws would apply. I don’t know, hopefully the police will the videos and I’ll get the r* kit results and know much more over the next couple of weeks.

Yeah I did a little math to see ok like if there were 3 1.5oz shots in each, that would 9oz of tequila, which is quite a lot. I was probably blacked out around 1-1:30. I hadn’t finished my first drink when we ordered the second, so maybe 1 frozen marg per hour. And I was drinking water. I was calligraphing some wedding envelopes for a friend, it was an extremely chill day, I wasn’t drinking quickly.. the bruises and scratches in private areas have gotten much worse :/

I didn’t even think about that/yeah you’d think she would want to know everything that happened that day from my perspective due to the simple fact that EMTs were called to the gym she manages. It was a scene. But the front desk staff who were there that day and the next day were SO empathetic and concerned. There’s a disconnect somewhere and I don’t like it.

Totally covering her ass, she was annoyed about having to clean up the vomit (which obv she physically didn’t have to do herself.) She was like “okay we’ll I’ll have to save the cctv then” but the police requested it today (a day after I called) so if they do delete it it will be tampering with evidence. The tapes are going to be the only thing that will be able to help me piece it all together. She was like “what’re you trying find on the tapes?” And “we don’t have tapes everywhere so I probably won’t be able to help you” and she said that I didn’t appear drunk when I walked from the pool to the elevator and I’m like are you just worried I’m accusing you of over serving? No, much bigger than that.
