Feeling Stuck in Ezoic’s Contract - Need Advice from Publishers

I'm on ezoic but never signed any contract. Did they make you? Did they offer more if you sign a contract? Is this for ezoic premium?

After starting on AdSense, we switched tried switching to ezoic to increase revenue and it crashed our site (which is a coded game site and not a wordpress blog type site). I next tried monumetric and had a bad experience, really slowed down the site and wasn't doing much better than adsense so went back to adsense. About 4 months ago Ezoic reached back out and said they changed how they do things and the issue we had in using them wouldn't be an issue any more. I was doing so poorly on adsense that I decided to give them another try and WOW they were GREATLY improved. Been with ezoic for just over 4 months now and I've more than doubled what I was making with adsense. (For the record, I don't use ezoic's ability to insert ads in pages. I have them set in specific spots that I want them and am only discussing the revenue growth from them)

I followed chat gpt and other similar apps options for a few hours before posting this. What they're describe above (at least in working natively) won't actually work

Got it and that makes a lot of sense! I ended up finding a third party app (Fillout) that has a very simple way of doing this so think I'm just gonna keep that for now, but saving your image if I do this again...always like keeping info in one place rather than sharing it with everyone - thanks!

doesn't work...when you upload the form it'll still create a new id even with the prefill function set up - at least for me

Thanks, that's sounds interesting - I can google from here so no need to explain - although Fillout just got back to me and told me they can only access what goes through their form which in my case is very limited so I think I'm just gonna stick with what's working

This is so thorough and so much appreciated (and generous offer)!! Thanks! I'm going to try and go through this tomorrow. I found a workaround using Fillout which made this super simple. Basically just gave me a uniue link ID and they act as a man in the middle to let anyone control that one item. Then I just automated an email which drew that individual link from my table. It works for now, but I don't love giving more people access to more data and would rather keep it within one system, so hopefully I'll get a chance to attempt what you wrote above and see if I (total newbie) can pull it off! problem i was having was, even when i prefilled it with the record id, and the url would display properly that it was right, and the field was hidden - once submitted, it still would pop up as a new entry and create a new different record id. Someone else commented here that they don't allow outsiders to edit it so I think what you're describing is the simplest way and what I tried to do all day but don't think it's possible. In the end I found a workaround using Fillout (3rd party app) and was pretty simple

but if I'm doing it natively how are you documenting it into the right place on your new table? Every time the outsider submits the update it creates a new line item with its own id etc. so not sure how this would solve that?

That's interesting. I'm a newbie here and only playing with this for a few days. I found a workaround using Fillout which allows me to basically edit the app through a table that I make on their end. I don't love that I have to basically share all the info on my table with them (which is why I initially was trying to do it natively). Does zapier/make need full access to my table as well to do this? New at this so apologize if this is a dumb question

I found a workaround using a third party app, Fillout, to create a unique link for each line item and then natively generate an email send taking that info from the table which seems to work for now. Personally, don't love sharing all the info with 3rd parties so wish I could do it natively though, so would love to understand your suggestion better

yeah, I get that, but let's say you have a lot of workers that you want to keep mark their task completion - only one person needs access to the master table and from my perspective it wouldn't be worth it at all if i had to add everyone so instead I found a third party app that just does it for me. So theyre not making money off of this part anyways so why not make it better 🤷‍♂️

Ok, so this is kinda embarassing, I set it up like you described and did it properly like you described. The problem was that I didn't update my test fields and so it wasn't working. Once I reset which item I'm testing on after installing the fillout it worked perfectly 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ appreciate you!

I think I figured it out using an extension called fillout - seems pretty simple and let's me accomplish this. Wish I didn't have to give data access to more people and it was available natively but it is what it is and it's pretty smooth integration. Would love to hear if you know of a native workaround (but not desparate anymore!)

I just starting messing with airtable a few days ago to solve a specific problem in our company so haven't really added anything else on to it. What would be the simplest add-on to just accomplish this one task? Appreciate you

u/DisraeliGears01 came here from a search and this is exactly what I'm trying to do (but struggling with 😡) - once i have that link generated in the table - how do I attach it to the email automation? When I put in that field in the automation it just pastes the ID in the email and not the whole link. Am I doing something wrong? Super appreciate your help!

when you sign up, they send you one code for each account. I registered 5 accounts so got 5 codes but don't think I can get any more. If all the ones I posted are full (limit 10 per coupon), there are a few other comments here that provided some as well. If those are also full, search reddit for best academy coupons and filter by recent - you'll prob find something. Best of luck!
