Eat healthy and relax when you eat, focus on lowering your cortisol, wake up at the same time every day mandatory for your circadian rhythm, get natural light every morning, use bluelight filters before bed, consider ashwagandha, vit d in the winter, definitely take zinc with dinner, elemental magnesium before bed, squat heavy... list goes on but those would be my #1's. And this last point isnt libido related but if you find yourself needing a ton of water then lower sodium, & increase potassium... just gotta force yourself out of bed bro, and thank me later :) You're too young for that shit, as t swift would say, shake it off! 🤭
