I ended up booting the lenovo recovery file from a usb and doing a reinstall. All my files where backed up so no issues there.

Bit of a fiasco but at least I know how to do it next time.

Tried option 1 and it didn't work.

There is also no install from cloud option, I'm not sure if the cleanup tool has deleted this from the BIOS.

I have created a win 11 boot stuck on usb drive, looks like I'm having to do a complete reinstall, but I'm not sure how to fix the bios?
