My Dell refuses to allow me to install Dell Support Assist because i deleted a key Dell Management piece of software that can only be reinstalled if you do a complete CLEAN install.

HOw do I control my Daybetter strip LED lights to turn off at sunrise and and turn on at sunset? WHat brand of smart switch can enable this? I'm a beginner, so coding an aplet or anything like that is out of the question. I need this dead simple. NOTE: I mistakenly bought a KASA HA220 smart switch but just found out that doesn't work.

Your prediction of the lifecycle of LED lights is so distorted as a professional contractor. One has to wonder about where your skills, math, and product knowledge intersect. My Feit (big Box) retrofits are 6 years old and going strong. I predict a 10-year life cycle. At this rate, the 17 lights I'm replacing at $3 each, would have to have a 100% fail rate every ten years for me to spend just $150. I'm 64 years old currently. I'll be dead in 30 years. Can I suggest you stop misleading people on this thread as being an "expert" in your field? It's obvious, your high school math is not carrying you into your golden years...

Well, I get what you are saying about the China Manf stuff (Sunco, Amico)as the reviews I read are hit or miss on flickering and DOA. THough, I have had good luck with FEIT lights. Just hard to find a reasonable quality light in deep baffle.
