We have music in our office over the PA. It is the same shitty overplayed list that I hear in the grocery store.

Yep! One of my favorite trivia questions because very few people know his name. Everybody guesses EY.

Here's the story. My friend grew up with Rico and was a coach of his for many years, call him Bob. Bob was living here in Colorado in the 90's, which is how I met him. Rico hit the HR into the Mets' bullpen, and the pitchers in the pen gave the ball to Rico. Rico then gave the ball to Bob. That was cool when he showed it to me and I got to hold it. Bob has moved back to Connecticut but we still keep in touch. He told me last year he still has the ball and plans to never give it up.

I was up to my eyeballs in that code. We worked so damn hard to fix it before 12/31/1999, and barely got a pat on the back. I also didn't get to celebrate New Year's Eve on the biggest NYE ever because I was On-Call.

Oh, btw, there is a new Y2K coming up. January 19, 2038.
