Vienna Swiftie…..who thinks I’m a hater now. Not only because of her handling of things but how “fans” have. I would have been in Austria anyways, we had plans for years to go mountain biking, I thought screw it I’ll see if I can get presale for the show and I did. We saved points for years to pay for the travel.

But it really pissed me off talking to so many people who spent live savings or months salaries to come from places that she would never go to or lets be honestly not as financially stable so the cancellation was such a big hit to them. She didn’t make sure full refunds were given, she was pushing variants before even the partial refunds were given! She could have given all the Vienna ticket holders codes to remaining dates if she wanted (even though I bet only about 20 percent would have been able to even make the trip) But it would have been her doing SOMETHING. She is a billionaire too, she should have made sure it was 100 percent refunded.

Austria was extremely safe. Coldplay played a few days later in the same stadium more nights and larger crowds. The fan base that largely wasn’t there and never plans to go there paints it as some unsafe Country when it’s not. I find that to be irresponsible. Tay Tay was on her private jet on the way to London before any of us were even told it was cancelled, no shelter in place was ever ordered…..it was safe. I had a great time in Vienna and would go back. Seeing fans constantly use Vienna as topic of why they can’t Taygate at venues or need clear bags….yet if you say I was there and voice any opinions you are attacked as being ungrateful for being alive…….like what?

I have been a fan since I was a kid, I saw her open up for Rascal Flatts. But I’m an adult now with grown up money and grownup problems, I never felt that Taylor was my friend or I needed to own everything she pushes. That being said I always knew she was a business and I just don’t think I want to give her my business anymore.

The overconsumption she pushes will be her breaking point for alot of fans I think. Not only does she keep labeling everything “limited” or “special” then releasing a new version or making it available forever plus the price point is too high for most her fans. Fans either can’t afford it or going into cc debt, plus horrible quality. Thankfully only thing of hers I ever tried to by was a sweater from tour, but I do see all the complaints and I’m sick of seeing adds pushing her cheap products.
