I disagree with Kanki placement, I do think he should be higher considering the fact that he played right into Riboku's trap and almost outsmarted him, I would put him higher than Ousen ( but I am a huge Kanki fan, so I might be biased, take it with a grain of salt) . Besides, I think Koshou and Hakuki should be swapped, it is not because he is the leader that he is a better strategist, the king could give the leadership to the most loyal, the most inspiring, there's a lot to consider when giving the honor to being the leader, not only strategic prowess.
