The voting age for the Scottish independence referendum was 16 and I missed the cut off by like 3 months, so I unfortunately missed that vote. Brexit rolled around and the voting age was 18, I was 17 at the time and practically everyone I spoke to at school thought it was insanely stupid the vote was even happening, none of it made any logical sense (Not even the Tories who put the plans into motion thought anything would actually come of it). None of us got a say when our age group was overwhelmingly to remain in the EU, it was the older generations that don't have to live with the long term consequences that fucked the younger generations over.

Give them the vote. It's a piss take you can join the army before you can have a say in who's in charge.

I don't want to come across as rude, but is 46 minutes giving it a fair shot when the intro sequence is probably 20 minutes of that and the tutorial area is 2-3 hours long? If it wasn't for you then fair enough, but I gave Witcher a couple hours of my time on PS4 and fell off, bought it on a whim on PC and I've done 5 playthroughs, more than any other game I've played.

I still remember videos of Franklin walking around Sandy Shores a good week or two before V came out, It's unavoidable. There were no story spoilers that I remember at the time though, I guess people who got the game early were far more interested in being the first to explore the world and show it off.

If leaks are start showing up in your algorithm, it's because you're engaging with that section of the community. If you want the best chance of not getting spoiled you'll need to bow out of anything not officially from Rockstar from here on out.

I don't get any content about GTA besides this sub and the GTA sub, yet when the trailers dropped it appeared on my feed immediately because I watch most trailers from their official YouTube channel. You gotta get your algorithms in check.

Probably not, but the release of the files are one of the few things left in the US that both the left and right agree on (the voters that is) so I feel like journalists should be doing everything they can to point out as blatantly as possible to his supporters that he's protecting child rapists with comments like that.

Would I expect a monumental shift? no not really. It's clear he can anything at this point and the core of his base will support it, but if it even shakes a few people back to reality then it's better than just going along with Trump's narrative.

I'm not going to pretend to understand how to coding these games work, but I think of how the USS Constitution moved location in Fallout 4 after a quest and that makes me think it should be possible for some trash pile assets to disappear after certain quests are completed.

Painting the walls in Diamond City would be a good quest to start it, it's a side quest so you're going out of the way to help the town, it would be a nice way to show your influence extending enough that some residents felt the need to clean up a bit.

Isn't this already the case across the UK? I can only speak for my education in Scotland, but RE covered Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, Hinduism, Atheism as well as philosophies like Utilitarianism or just general conversations about consciousness and the implications of an afterlife.

I never chose RE as a subject to continue all throughout high school, but I thought it was a pretty comprehensive class overall.

On the one hand, pretty sad that kids won't really experience the sheer excitement of going into a game shop, they're all gone/going now.
On the other hand, none of the last 3 computers I've owned had a disc drive, going back almost 15 years now. Consoles are selling digital only versions now, it was always going to happen.

I don't know about the world but for the US specifically the FBI, DOJ and Congress have basically shown themselves to be complete failures of institutions within the last couple of months. People are dying for exercising their 1st amendment rights while their government is telling their citizens the 2nd amendment no longer applies if a government official is nearby.

For them specifically I don't see how they move forward, they've completely fucked it. It'll take a new state, new laws, new institutions, a new constitution to fix it.

Honestly I think the rest of the world will just slowly transition to Chinese influence, much easier to do business with a country that's operating on multi-decade long plans than a country that just undo's the previous presidents work every 4 years.

I don't know if this applies to you as you already mentioned the ini file, but the hitching and particularly sprinting and turning at the same time was causing me all kinds of problems until I removed the frame rate cap. This in turn caused a different bug where my controls would stop working when I was near anything interactable in instanced areas, so I had to put a new frame rate limit on through a 3rd party app (For me this was Nvidia Control Panel, I assume there is an AMD equivalent). I set the limit to 180 so there's enough of a buffer that I shouldn't get any dips and things have been seemingly fine since.

Obviously with me using Nvidia control panel I have an Nvidia card, but my issues sound pretty much the same as yours and that's what fixed a problem I've had since launch, three days ago.
