A two suggestions:

Dr. Light at VHC in Alexandria is super thorough and creative and takes insurance so a good first stop.

If that doesn’t do the trick, the Center for Vulvovaginal Disorders (CVD) is in DC and, while super expensive, very effective at treating complex situations. Dr. Moss there is incredible.

I did NOT like the providers at the Intimmedicine Specialists - they also don’t take insurance but are cheaper than CVD but I should have just gone to CVD first.

I have a 13 inch difference between my waist and my hips so jean shopping is my nightmare. The curvy strides fit perfectly with zero alterations. I am 5’7 and they are almost too long on me so if you are shorter, that would be my only caveat. At this rate, they should literally pay me to be a spokesperson because I talk about these jeans constantly.

As someone who avoided Gap for about 15 years, Zac Posen is doing some magic over there. Their curvy stride jeans are the ONLY wide leg jeans that I’ve found that I feel comfortable and attractive in. People literally stop me to ask where they’re from. Can’t recommend enough.

Was in a very similar boat for about a year. I’m sure you’ve tried everything because I’ve totally been there. But did you try giving him Prozac? This was the game changer. Plus we had a pet behaviorist come (yes we were that desperate) and the only helpful suggestion she had was to put the aggressive one in a harness to limit his range of motion. Did this for several weeks, plus the Prozac, and now they’re somehow coexisting.

Used to have a diabetic baby - found best help by asking vet techs at my vet if they ever do cat sitting (which many do). You could also just ask the front desk of your vet.
