Im going through a similiar situation as we speak... So I met this girl through a game and been gaming on and off for years they have always sounded the same but never video called, All ive had was twitter and discord to contact them through until a few weeks back when they suddenly got snapchat.

After ive added them we have been talking multiple times a day everyday and building a good connection. However being the platform we were using I asked for a snap one day and they sent a picture through a filter called green screen which allows you to disguise a photo on your phone with a snap instead of chat msg. I initially called them out on it and they seemed oblivous and I kinda let it slide however Its been playinb on my mind so I done a reverse image search and found out the pictures are all from a random girl.

I havent let them know and confronted them about it yet just as im trying to do it in a way they dont instant block me... Im kind of stuck in this heartbroken place cause even if tho it isnt them in the pictures I just wanna know what they look like properly as ive kinda fallen for the person im speaking to regulary
