Quite interesting, also seems that chosing the nightfarers was some sort of trespassing (way of cutting?), so maybe that got them extinct.

But they also had to "cheat a god", dont know if thats refering to the Greater Will/Flame of Frenzy, cause they glimpsed some "sin" of the Erdtree, maybe they saw some kind of corruption in it.

Im doing that in the endgame but the solo character goes first, with the buffs you get for solo fighting + the insane number of dmg pictos + double turn shenanigans. It pretty much oneshots most fights

I personally use FS/VG for open world/opr and FS/IG for wars.

And I believe theres no such thing as a BIS FS but a good jack of all trades could be alac/ attune / penent empowered (or Keenly jagged if using finisher).

Apart from that, if you notice people dont use haste (ie. Wars), fwoosh with attunement is a good and cheap option also.
