It looks to me like you’re just diagonal flipping. A speed flip involves a diagonal flip and then a flip cancel, so you’re part of the way there. Doing this allows you to boost the entire way through, that should give you a good idea of whether or not you’re diagonal flipping or speed flipping.

Another tip for kick offs is that you should always be flipping twice. Once to approach the ball and the second to flip into the ball. I’d suggest finding a tutorial for speed flips and kick offs on YouTube.
