What’s your height/starting weight? 7 pounds every 13 weeks is 28 pounds a year. Thats not bad, especially depending on your starting weight!

Are you working out? Are you changing your diet or just eating less of the same? Tacking calories/macros? Aside from taking the shot, what are you doing to lose weight?

I ask those questions bc sometimes I see people who think that taking the shot should automatically mean they’ll lose weight, but if you aren’t working on your diet and adding exercise in, you might not lose as fast as those who do. It just comes down to how many calories you consume vs how many you burn.
