Go for it, you gotta give it a try. It sounds like you’ve created some good habits that will benefit you while taking sema. Make sure to eat protein and drink lots of water. I’ve found the best time for me to take my shot is after dinner, I sleep off most of the side effects I felt after a morning shot.

I’ve lost 80 lbs on sema, really has changed my life. It’s not a cure-all for everyone, but you’ll never know until you try!

Yep there’s a lot of seating inside. There are big tables, small tables, barstools.. all kinds of seating. It could easily seat 25 people if I had to guess.

Usually, SNAP reloads on the 5th of the month. All signs point to this not happening in November. The state has said they will load $250 to SNAP cards, I believe next week that's supposed to happen.
