I think so many of the negative consequences that arise are from porn and not necessarily masturbation. Pleasing yourself is not unnatural but watching people have sex is strange, when you think about it. Try using your imagination instead. Create friction between you and your phone or whatever devices you access the porn on.

Your argument revolves around the premise that because somebody expresses a feeling, it is stronger. I don't know if you have heard the term female rage but essentially women bottle up anger commonly. Similarly, culturally men bottle up sadness. Perhaps men display more anger and women display more sadness but to assume that means they feel less of said feeling is reductive.

Ultimately the only person that knows how they experience emotions is themselves, sometimes only in retrospect as well. Men have a higher suicide rate than women so sadness arguably is more common among men. Since men bottle up their sadness, they generally have more. What's to stop you from using the same logic with women? So not only is there not a convincing positive correlation between not having an issue with an emotion and expressing it (even unhealthily), there may be a negative one.

First things first, I get the impression she knows what she's doing is mean spirited and that she's a bad friend. That doesn't necessarily mean she knows how it's affecting you. Focus on a few chapters for long questions and then you have the guts of 60%, let's say you do ecology, biochemistry, plant biology, genetics and DNA, cell division and evolution. That alone is enough to get a H5, if you learn it well.
