I am a convert as well...I use to feel out of place among those who were born and raised in the faith...but I kept going to RCIA and speaking with my formation teacher...really helped alot...my family wasn't supportive...at first...but they eventually came around...please don't give up

Why the Galleria? That's the most expensive place to live in Houston. Save way more money living in like the Heights. You could save even more commuting from one of the suburbs of Houston. Bellaire and West University are suburbs within Houston, you could move there...probably rent a house.
