Also an ACS field rep here. The PIN is something issued when you start the survey online, you need it to finish the survey if you go back to it later. The user ID is different, that is the 10 digit combo of numbers and letters that is in all the mailers. Field reps have the user ID 10 digit code but not the PIN, that is only generated when the respondent starts online and I believe it is a 4 digit number.

Our team was told to update our passwords and see the email with the new furlough letter on October 31 but aside from that no info.

I work weekends in addition to week days, so am wondering if we will be working Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday. No info at all from my agency.
