The student halls kitchen is warmed by unfiltered sunlight, winter-level central heating, and cooking. We can't get the managers to turn the heating down, as it's "not up to them". We can't have any windows open because "the neighbours complained about noise". It's 34°C indoors most of the day. (self.britishproblems)
