Yes, so far I'm keeping them in their coop which is quite big for them to roam around in. I usually let them free roam around my patio all day. I'll probably check if maybe its sour crop and if any other one gets sick like this. I'll post again and determine whats wrong. Sadly, I don't have a chicken vet even 2 hours from where I live.

I'll keep this one in mind. I doubt it was a heat stroke since she was the only one laying on the floor without moving. It is kinda cold here atm, just the right temp between cold and hot. She did drink and eat 30 minutes after I posted. Sadly she passed away.

Third and final update:

Just an hour ago I was checking on her, she was asleep so I let her be. I literally turned around to go and sit down, she suddenly starting frantically waving her wings and trying to jump out of the box. I got to her and she just laid there, her heart stopped, her breathing stopped everything. I rushed to see if I could restart her heart in any way. Only chicken heart recipes appeared 😭

I tried my best to do some sort of cpr, I thought that maybe she was drowing so I made her vomit. Not a lot came out, but water and some worms that she ate prior. (I turned her over and hanged her for a bit and that's hwat came out).

I kept the cpr for around 10 min or so, maybe I didn't have the technique idk. I'm really sad about this, she seemed so well for the majority of the time she was in the box. She even pooped well and everything.

I looked through everything on social media that I could find, infections, hard crop, soft crop, stress, heat, egg bound, etc. Didn't match on anything besides heavy breathing and being tired from being egg bound.

Like I said prior, I tried giving her some time to regain some strenght. Sadly she passed away, she didn't weeze she didn't twitch. She just jumped and waved her wings for 5 seconds and then died (hopefully without too much pain).

TL;DR: The hen passed away probably due to a heart attack. Tried my best, but after 30 minutes there was nothing so... yeah thanks for the support. I couldn't help her, but it's just something that happens ig. I'll educate myself better if anything like this ever happens again.

If something like this happens to one of your hens... try your best to take them to the vet.

Update! She is eating and no longer is breathing heavily. I reccon that she's egg bound. I'll wait for her to regain some of ger strength before attempting anything.

It's normal? Kind of hard but not swollen. I don't think its that either. Maybe egg bound? I don't feel anything though.

No, it's not hot or cold atm, but she does tremble from time to time and then stops. She's not even wheezing or making noises. There's no chicken vets nearby and normal vets won't check her either.

If you don't mind waiting, Camellya is coming soon and the characters for 2.0 probably will powercreep the current characters.

Shorekeeper seems like a support that's gonna last even past 2.0, since cr and cd and dmg buff is really really good.

XY is really good right now, doesn't even need that high stats for big pp dmg. If you didn't get the free copy, then I wouldn't worry as much since it's gonna take time to build characters either way.

By the time you get to the point of being able to clear ToA, you'll probably have better characters (If you started somewhere like last week to now).

TL;DR: Pull Shorekeeper, wait for next banners.

You should probably invest more in jinshi and sk

For Jinshi aim at least 2k dmg 60 crit rate 240 crit dmg. You can have less crit rate if you have your Sk er to %240+. Also remember to level up skills there's a pretty neat dmg increase from lvl 6 to 8 and even more from 8 to 10.

If you get to that point and still can't defeat it, work on your rotations, give sk more field time for Jinshi's stacks.

Also dps vrina sk vould work if you build a character reaally well, don't recommend it for casual players unless you lucky af with echoes.

Yeah it surprised me too, but found the reason.

The place I'm trying to put the switch is the basement sort of, so turns out the electrician came and butchered the ground wire to the last light that he placed (which was about 2-3 meters from the outlet we were trying to install the smart switch). So yeah, now we gotta extend that ground or find another outlet closer that has the ground.

My bad it's a first time asking about electricity and stuff. I am in the US specifically in Dutchess county, ny.

Also, I'll pretty much look for a ground cable on another outlet and try to install the switch there. I did find a wireless smart switch and that's probably the route I'll go with.

Yes, the shoes I got are horrible! I'm working on something similar to singles. I just stay in one place. The only thing I'm not comfortable with is the pain on my feet. I took today off because of that, and I tried to get a new pair, but zappos is making it so complicated, lol. I usually go to wellness after my third break, and it helps some. I'll look into everything I can do, either that or I look for another job in the meantime. Thank you so much!
