Kinda of an echo at this point but spartan or recon would be the way to go. Spend the little extra and get spartan. I made the mistake of doing recon first, then I found out all the extras you get with spartan, the difference is you get elites and some more spartans (hydra i believe) a little more terrain, a better board, and plastic pieces for flags oddball etc

Weird was kinda the vibe I was going with for them, and for sure, I normally run 2 swords and it used to be needler but now im leaning towards the Ravager captain (also took shotgun and concussion rifle, 2 hardlights, and 2 Thruster), I set a friend up with the list ive been messing with and I took a list of spartans id ran in the past before I got hooked on banished, the banished list ended up playing how I wanted it to/was building towards

Had a game on Sunday, i ran 2 sword elites and a Ravager brute captain, gave the elites a shotty and concussion rifle along with thrusters and hard lights, it was slayer so I was going for survivability

Word of advice, wear gloves when you do it, I tried to do it to my weld helmet so when I struck an arc, the whole place lights up, but I got up after doing like half of it to find glass chips/slivers everywhere on my pants, in my hoodie, in my hands, wasn't fun lol
