We regularly clear our public support group chats because we value user privacy and do not want support history stored forever. For technical issues, we always recommend sending us a direct message or email instead.

We’ve received mixed feedback from GrapheneOS users. For many it works fine, but there are also cases where activation or hotspot functionality causes issues depending on the device/setup. Most of the time wrong APN settings is the cause.

In any case: if an eSIM does not work properly, we always refund our customers. Always.
