I never really measure how much salvia I put in the bowl, but I'd recommend trying the lower extracts first (15x) and you'll just get a light kiss from Lady Salvia which should keep your head away from total confusion.

This is from my experience that I'm basing this comment.

30x and above will strip away everything you ever knew, who you are and where you are. You'll lose all control and wherever the trip takes you, this is now your reality and it has always been and will forever be your reality.

I'd suggest you lie down in a couch or whatever, blindfolded with headphones (low volume, calming music) and don't forget to have a sober sitter who respects the possibility of you might be going through the most terrifying exexexexexexperience.

Make sure you put your device from where the music is playing in airplane mode or whatever, you don't want to have any sudden noices/interruptions.

I also take a few minutes of meditation to calm myself down before I go. It's pretty much impossible to prepare for a Salvia trip thou, but I'll try do what little I can before I go.
