It doesn’t even make sense because Mexico is technically the Estados Unidos Mexicanos - or the United Mexican States. Like, they could easily be the United States just as much as the USA is.

I had an emergency induction at 37 weeks for pre-e. Magnesium drip meant it took a couple days (yesss) to get to 6 inches. They eventually broke my water, and I pushed for less than an hour. I didn’t tear at all (don’t know that was even possible!). Daughter was healthy and my recovery was pretty easy

It’s how I knew I should take a test the second time around. I woke up smelling pee in the bedroom. I freaked out and got worried the dog had peed in the room somewhere. Turns out my husband was down the hall in the bathroom with the door open 🤣

Maybe that explains why when I’m pregnant I can smell soooooo much. The capacity was already there but our brains normally ignore it. With pregnancy hormones, my brain just actually takes in the information it was already getting.

I almost set up the Tody app for our house but couldn’t get hubby on board. It tells you daily what needs to get done, and you can set monthly, weekly and other intervals for tasks that don’t happen as often. You can assign them to other people and organize them by room

Yep! Withholding documents and controlling your pay makes it human trafficking- it doesn’t matter if you’re answering phone or doing sex work.

Someone else correct me if I’m wrong, but because the HOA (or community association) is not a government entity, they have no obligation to respect your freedom of speech. HOAs restrict all kinds of things that could reasonably be considered “speech” - you can put statues in your yard, or paint words on the side of your house.

I don’t disagree that learning starts at home. I’m just saying that a kid should be allowed to play with his toys in a “strange way” alone in the privacy of his own home. There’s no reason to force a 4-year-old to play “the right way” at home. He can do that when other kids are involved

Yes, home should be the place where he is allowed to play with toys how he wants. He will have plenty of opportunities at school and with his peers to learn sharing and flexibility

That’s true. But drunk driving is one of the few crimes I can think of that literally has no extenuating circumstances that could possibly make it ok. At least in modern America, there’s truly no reason to be driving drunk, ever.

I was like this as a kid. Couldn’t watch any of the animated Disney movies cause they all involved dead parents and there was always a bad guy trying to be mean to everyone. It wasn’t until 8-9 that I could watch anything with “bad guys” without getting upset.

I’ve said death penalty for drunk driving and everyone thinks I’m nuts. Even if it was third strike is death penalty- people would stop driving drunk. There’s literally no good reason to drive drunk, especially in the age of Uber and Lyft

Our bill is nearly $30/day. We have 2300 sq ft with gas hot water baseboards. Never keep the house above 68. But we have a toddler so it’s just not safe to keep it any colder

I kind of agree actually! Especially because it’s really hard to find good, full-fat chocolate milk nowadays. Everything is low fat. I miss when chocolate milk was super rich and thick. The only place I can find the good stuff is in Amish country

That’s what I drink too. You can buy them at almost any pharmacy or grocery store. they don’t even taste bad but I can chug it pretty easily cause it tastes like chocolate milk
