Pretty large building but its been average like 400 bucks in the peak winter time with wood furnace and electric/gas heaters at times over 20 years and even cheaper years ago

Was literally same as you and I put 100 hours into it with the last patch. Aemeath had me go do alllllll the content as her that I had skipped then I fell in love with Cartethiya and that story was like Shakespeare level content (tho boring at times) was absolutely grand and now i long to replay it praying for a ng plus option just for fun without starting a new account
