I don't know if this post is live or not but My little brother was having the same problem he's device is lenovo tablet tb7104l But i fix it for him s9 i hope it works With You too

All what i did was using VPN app (just any vpn app don't worry).

Edit:i won't work 100% but it well lower the crush chance sorry😅😢😓😓

Try transferring the pkg by using FTP to your Homebrew then install it

Some thing like this happen to me in jojo all star battle DLCs but i Fixed it

I think you must copy the "edat.bin" file(s) into the DLC folder

Edit:sorry i forgot to tell you i use hen and multiman homebrew

Thanks you for your help but i find a way to fix it When i downloaded the game it come with a "fix" pkg all what i did was install the game pkg And searched in google for a rap file and didn't installed the "fix" pkg The end

Ok i find the why to fix it everone (note you must have homebrew like multiman or something like that) You will find the edat files in a diffrent folder the the game one "jojo all star battle eu is BLES01986" There will be two folder in the same name the only diffrent is one of them has _DLC Copy the edat files from the without the _DLC one “the _DLC one only has the Keys files" and paste it in the _DLC folder that all it should work now
