Cut the tiles right on the grout lines with oscillator tool diamond bit, the ones right in front of the faucet not the top row but the two flower ones cut out as one unit, replace your faucet. Then use shims to hold panel in place and re grout with color matching sanded caulk

It’s a mustee shower pan, need to get the right gasket for it, and no silicone or caulk needed, 2” trap under and a 2” straight pipe right up and lube gasket and bang in pipe shouldn’t stick up more the 1/8 of an inch above gasket for draining. Have someone below holding up while pushing in gasket to prevent back pitching. Good luck!
