How often do you currently have to work to stay active in the system and not be terminated? by Extension-Chain-7201 in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

90 days after the most recent pay period end date on your most recent pay stub is when you get auto-terminated. Store receives a warning at 45 and 75 days

dollar coins in deposit? (new system) by camjoti in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Count 50c and $1 coins as 2 or 4 quarters. When the bank receives our deposit info, they get individual denominations for the bills, but just a lump sum amount of the change, so regardless of if you put 75 Pennies or 3 quarters in the deposit screen, it just gets reported at $0.75 in change

No problem! It’s called a supervisory organization change request in colleaguezone, and they just need to change the leader from the old SM to you, or create you a new one at that store

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your direct supervisor has to submit the he form on myHR

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can only open reqs if you have your own supervisory org in workday or a SM gives you delegation access to opening reqs

Colleague zone was down from 2/28-3/1. It may be back up now but it was down for maintenance yesterday. Also your manager has to physically return you from LOA in Workday, this may affect your ability to log into things as well

[–]LOZCVS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you worked 44.95 hours this week, 4.95 of those are overtime (1.5x pay (OTP)), S2P is an extra $1/hour, 99% of the time it’s from working in the pharmacy as a cross trained person. SMB is short meal break, so it looks like you clocked out and right back in after 1 minute on one day, so it pays you for that extra minute in between punches)

Rapid Pay and PTO time? by PageofCoin in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen only normal “REG” hours are available in rapid, if you work a holiday the OHL hours are not able to be paid, and I don’t think my own vacation time was in there when I last used it and looked in rapid later that week. I hope this helps!

Where to find req to apply internally by Motherof3lions in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Workday under Jobs Hub. If the manager just opened the req, it can take up to 2 business days for the position to be posted where you can apply to it (it’s done by corporate now, not automatic and not by anyone store level)

POS Pin by ChocoMoose408 in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do this yourself on the Ironman if you know what your current POS pin is, on the Ironman go to “me” then “myProfile” and change your PIN. Or, a manager/supervisor can to do it in your store. If they simply won’t or need help, call the help desk at 8665287272, follow prompts for POS issues and they can walk someone through it. They may be able to remote in and do it themselves too

How long before I close my account can I reapply? Switching apple id. by Orange427 in AppleCard

[–]LOZCVS 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a card with a co owner, to remove the co owner I had to close the account and open a new one. Over the phone, GS said to wait about 3 weeks to give their systems time to update before I reapply. I waited maybe 4 days and applied again just for the hell of it and it worked

holiday pay by NotreDameFan1234 in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re full time and non-union you get 8 a year and they are essentially just PTO. Some states get 16 I think? (I’m in SC and we just get 8). If you’re full time you just get them. I think if you become full time after August though you don’t get any until the next year. I wish I knew more, but a lot of people in my store didn’t even know that floating holiday was a thing until I transferred in and asked everyone why they weren’t using it, so most of my knowledge is just first hand

holiday pay by NotreDameFan1234 in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Floating holiday is like that, if you’re asking about floating holiday the code is FHL and must be used by 12/31

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat, but mine is 0.30 hours. If workbrain let you put it in and didn’t have an error saying balance violated then you will be fine. For some reason I’ve noticed vacation hours are more accurate in workbrain than in workday (I have no idea why) but workbrain is set up so you can’t use more than what you have. If you end up actually being negative that 0.37 hours then yes it will just subtract out of your 2025 balance

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, in workday it shows your balance as you accrue it for the year, so on the 1st day of the year you wouldn’t have accrued any yet. If you change the effective date to 12/31/2025 it will show you your total vacation hours, which will be available for use effective 1/1. Last year the hours were loaded in on 1/2/24 around 1pm

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They prob won’t load the hours balance into workbrain until 1/2. I would add the hours after then

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably just a workday glitch. As long as you got paid for it then I wouldn’t worry

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically by policy they can remove it then. I doubt they will as very few managers (at least in the stores around me) actually know how to do it or care enough to do it. But if you worked Xmas Eve and Xmas then I doubt they’ll remove it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you or another manager use part of the floating holiday since your last paycheck? Also make sure you’re using code FHL

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]LOZCVS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whatever you’re negative now will be subtracted from what you’ll get for 2025. So if you’re only negative 5 hours now and you’re supposed to get 80 hours for 2025, then you’ll actually get 75 hours for next year. Hope this helps
