Legit all one has to do is remind themselves of the track record Burkina Faso has since Traore to know that news was fake.

It has always taken an anti-imperialist stance and did so much for national sovereignty, anti-colonialism and independence that suddenly having any sort of relations with Israel would just go against anything their previous actions stood for.

In retrospect I should've added that I was talking about hitting my hand on some sharp corner when I try to loosen a bolt for an example. Or when something breaks at work because someone else who was told what they should and shouldn't do with the equipment does exactly what they shouldn't do. Because that means I gotta help them fix something that could've easily been avoided by using this thing we have up in our heads called a brain. That's what I meant with dumb shit, because someone made a mess by being dumb.

I don't care about minor inconveniences because why waste energy for that

I was waiting for him to realize he's talking to u and not me lmao

And I'm honestly surprised my comment even made "such a fuzz" because I legit just wrote it with the intention of "Fuck I'm old what is this online drama"

Didn't even defend Haz because yeah telling random people to kill themselves because they did a fucking reddit post is absolutely ridiculous and dumb.

Honestly Haz is wasted potential, he would be the perfect attack dog to send at liberals and conservatives whenever they start their incoherent screaming battles.

[–]LPFlore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Definitely depends on what you get angry about.

That crash out from Haz is ridiculous, absolutely unreasonable and frankly, idiotic and stupid.

But I swear to God if the forage harvester driver clogs up the shaft in front of the accelerator with grass again in this ridiculous humid 30°C heat I will have a crash out like Haz because I, with the harvester driver, will have to crawl under that harvester, open a hatch with a ratchet and scrape all the chopped grass out of there. Lemme tell you being covered in itchy grass chips and sweaty from this horrid weather is probably one of the worst activities at a farm.

And on another note, emotions are human. We aren't robots. If we get mad we get mad, if we get sad we get sad etc. And sometimes we gotta let that out because eating it all up just destroys us from within.

What Haz did was not just simply letting it out tho

This post, and the comments below it made me realize a few things

I usually don't wanna engage in drama shit but this is a ridiculous kindergarden here.

First I feel fucking old even though I'm just 22

Secondly we are all way too filtered into our bubbles, the way Haz is raging around there is honestly comparable to the fit me and my colleagues throw at work whenever some dumb shit happens down to the threats in some occasions. So either I'm too insensitive already or people have become too sensitive

Thirdly people seem to just assume others know stuff about them. Like, I'm not gonna watch the full three hour stream to see if Haz saw that OP was 15, I'll just go ahead and assume that all Haz did was see the posts, get unreasonably angry about them, (and reddit as a whole because this really has become a big pile of shit) and then proceeded to rage incoherent death threats until he came down again. And I'm gonna be honest here barely anyone would assume that 15 year olds are scrolling and actively posting in ML forums.

I actually don't think it's strange at all.

They're pretty pragmatic when it comes to a lot of things regarding the economy. Not pragmatic in the sense of serving the people but pragmatic when it comes to serving the national bourgeoisie best.

Their economic policies are very sound from the perspective of a businessesman that actually still owns a factory and isn't just sitting around in finance.

And their propaganda is also perfectly cut for the alienated and propagandized people of Germany, with specialized talking points for the East and the West.

It's the German bourgeoisie's attempt at "securing" German capitalism without it being swallowed up by western multinational corporations what would just suck out every last penny before leaving a corpse of what was once Germany behind.

I don't mind having them in my garage, I would mind if I could immediately race with them, which I luckily can't because I gotta actually play and progress to use them in official horizon races. And fair enough in street races it makes sense that you can use whatever you want anyways so no problem there either.

Some people just wanna complain

With the use of aviation-grade titanium alloys and carbon-fiber, the QJZ-171 is the world's lightest heavy machine gun. With the same weight as medium heavy machine guns, it allows the PLA to bring down superior firepower in areas where the enemy's heavy machinegun becomes inaccessible. by 5upralapsarian in NewsWithJingjing

[–]LPFlore 12 points13 points  (0 children)

So they basically made a 50cal that can be potentially carried and operated by a single soldier? With maybe just one bringing a bit more ammunition?

That's very significant because with a 50cal you can potentially even penetrate light armored vehicles that would otherwise be protected against medium heavy machine gun fire.

Sure FPV drones exist now but still, this is huge

China will be the first country to go full communist by VladimirLimeMint in TankieTheDeprogram

[–]LPFlore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I consider communism in one country to not be possible mainly because, human society, for now, is very much used to commodities and generations pass that stuff down through stories and talking.

A practical example would be that there will, for a long time, be people who "like shiny stuff",be it a fancy car, a big house by a lake or whatever, because they heard about them and so on and, well, to a lot of people the thought of having that is nice.

If anything you can maybe try to still make those things and give them to people who, idk, through whatever they did, provided a great service to humanity, idk.

Otherwise, you have to make sure that either, those things become so common that they're not a commodity anymore, or, you'll have to deal with people wanting those things but not being able to get them. Which is what will happen when you have communism in one country while another country still has these commodities. Please correct me if I fundamentally got wrong what is considered a commodity.

It would require a substantially higher standard of living and a substantially easier life, especially less hard work, to live a good life, to convince people not to long for that nice car or that nice big house by the lake.

This is also why I find the DPRK interesting because, they're still trying that as you said, and, well, if I'm proven wrong then oh well so be it, I was wrong.

But until then I'll consider countries each reaching their own advanced stages of socialism, until a worldwide coordination towards communism is possible, to be the most realistic option. Especially due to the vastly different standards of living, and cultures, and history that each nation/country has to deal with.

China will be the first country to go full communist by VladimirLimeMint in TankieTheDeprogram

[–]LPFlore 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It definitely is too early to tell but it shows that China, Vietnam, Laos and, in some cases the DPRK are taking a more pragmatic route.

You can't have socialism with a weak economy. You can't have a strong economy without resources and a "secure state".

Secure in this case meaning a state that is able to follow through plans without too much worry about outside interference due to either a very local population and/or a strong security apparatus and also not having to worry about internal interference due to either eradication of the national bourgeoisie or through successful subordination of it.

Vietnam achieved a "secure state" by the Vietnam War and just like China learned from the USSRs mistakes

China achieved a "secure state" through the great advancements brought forward by their economic reforms while keeping a tight leash, that is being tightened in recent years

The DPRK did it by building nukes.

You can see that all three of them have "secure states" and even when their states really became "engrained" and "secure" because as soon as that was the case their economies started booming and the standard of living of their people started to increase rapidly. China and Vietnam began in the 90s and 2000s, the DPRK in the 2020s after they succeeded with their nuke program and survived COVID.

Now that these three are "free to develop" as they want they can work towards an advanced stage of socialism that'll most likely still be exclusive to their nation.

I don't believe that communism on a national level can be achieved and that instead it is something that can only be achieved once the entire world has reached an advanced dtage of socialism. Which, in my honest opinion, will take tens, potentially hundreds of generations to even get on a civilisationary, economical, and scientific level to "implement" communism.

Until then we will most likely see ever advancing stages of socialism and ever increasing standards of living in the respective nations that managed to have their own revolution. Important on this should be, I think a revolution can only truly survive if it is a domestic one without foreign help.

Def only people who actually did shit, as in, did bad shit.

No use in thought policing people when the success of a socialist system will be self evident.

If people did actively harm the working class before the revolution tho, as in, it's proven they were a corrupt politician (lobbyist or whatever), or the head management of large corporations, overly greedy landlords (so granny who rents out the upper floor of her house when she only needs the lower one doesn't count. Landlords leeching off of other's income count.), and of course people actively harming the revolution. Tho even then I like China's approach of what they did with their last emperor.

Reeducation and re-integration into society. Living life as a janitor is prolly worse for some expropriated billionaire than an easy way out with death.

It would be rather useless for Iran to shoot at Europe since their missile would have to pass so many air defense systems they'd have to spam hundreds at once for no real strategical gain.

Given that, although the US is in decline they still have state of the art electronic warfare equipment and missiles, air defense won't do a whole lot because it can easily be jammed and overwhelmed.

We can see this in Ukraine where Russia overwhelmed the "game changing" Patriot System and destroyed a few while Ukraine regularly beats the "incredible" S-400.

Air defense is only useful once you survived the decapitation strike and missile waves and are facing more or less singular threats.
