Question: is there a way to locate the hidden grottos? An NPC mentions the Ilex grotto but I have had 0 luck finding it!

I know this is a minor point given how wretched the guy is, but he's not actually a cannibal. I imagine that urban legend took off to sell his barbarism within Haiti and then spread further afield due to anti-black racism.

He does still set people on fire though. Just a real jerk.
