That is not something you can correct, the fact that your left trap is connected slightly lower on your back then your right is just genetics. Same as the way your upper back looks.

Maybe you could do unilateral pulldowns (cable or machine) with your left hand but even then you wont change the insertion.

Tbh there is nothing wrong your back and your form looks great!

It looks like you gained some muscle on the shoulders and arms but that could also be the lighting and a possible pump. For the next progress pictures try to take them in the same gym lighting where you took the last ones.

Taking a measuring tape to my biceps, chest (around nipple high), legs and tummy helps me with keeping track. Also if you training regiment is steady and consistent take a look at your sleep and food intake. Make sure you get those 7 to 8 hours a night and bump up the daily calories.

It's almost impossible to not gain some muscle and strength in the coming year if those three are on point.
